Julian Marsh

Julian enjoys his work and has a profound understanding of veterinary and medical recruitment with over 20 years experience in both temporary and permanent placements.

His success and enthusiasm is based upon a passion to help people in their career by providing an exceptional level of service understanding and commitment.

A team player who believes in providing value and always ready to go that extra mile to find the right candidate for your practice and organisation.

Julian's hobbies and interests are travel , music, animals and wildlife.

He is very much a man with a love and talent for music and is an accomplished musician and composer performing on piano and keyboards.

Julian has travelled extensively across Africa, south America Australia and new Zealand with strong interests in animal and wildlife conservation projects.

He has a lovely short haired black cat with green eyes and white socks called Becky.

Heather Spanos

provides an exceptional service to vets, nurses and practices

Heather has worked in recruitment and sales for over 15 years and the last 10 years have been alongside Julian. Her key strength is her commitment to detail and listening skills achieving excellent results for both clients and candidates. Heather is a friendly, dynamic people person with drive energy and a dynamic can do attitude.

In her spare time Heather is renovating a property in SW France in preparation for her daughter's wedding next year.

Heather is lively quick and full of fun. Her hobbies include kick boxing, entertaining, good food and shopping!

Sue Gannicott

helping vets, nurses and practices

Sue has has been helping people in recruitment and sales for over 20 years. She is a caring, friendly people person, exceptionally good at listening, understanding and perservering to find you the right job. Sue is outward going and yet sensitive with a great sense of humour, fun and positive attitude. Her hobbies include cooking, aerobics, pilates and music.

Sue has a cuddly long haired kitten called Bo.

Carmella

Financial controller, here to help

Carmella, is a 12 year recruitment specialist and is our accounts and Financial Controller.

Cams is good at figures, accuracy and an attention to detail that ensures everything runs smoothly.

Cams’ hobby is baking celebrity cakes and she is so creative that we couldn’t bring ourselves to cut into her masterpiece - a baby grand cake especially baked for Julian’s birthday. 4 years later it remains intact and uneaten!

Cams has two adorable kittens, Cherry and Phoebe.

Bo

Part-time Bookeeper, here to help

Cuddly and fluffy Bo sometimes produces a flurry of activity and energy, but for the most part enjoys nothing better than a good sleep sprawled over any books or papers that she considers important and worthy enough of her attention. Bo's hobbies includes collecting cobwebs, chasing feet, peeping around corners, hiding, and sleeping.
